ILM Accredited – The Expert Internal Coach programme (ILM Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring) provides internal staff with the skills, tools, awareness and knowledge to set up an internal coaching or mentoring service in their institution. Psychometric / 360 / Personality – We employ personality and 360 degree questionnaires to provide a framework for this process of increasing your individual, team and organisational awareness, by understanding your preferences for: managing and leading, how you work as a team member, and how you respond to change . This can help you adapt and flex your approach, identify your strengths and developments needs and appreciate others differences more easily.
Webinars – We love webinars and are very skilled at delivering them. A great way to reach 5-500 people with training which can then be discussed and explored in small groups.
