ILM Accredited – The Expert Internal Coach programme (ILM Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring) provides internal staff with the skills, tools, awareness and knowledge to set up an internal coaching or mentoring service in their institution. We are interested in developing additional accredited programmes to meet demand, so let us know what you are interested in.
Psychometric / 360 / Personality – We employ personality and 360 degree questionnaires to provide a framework for this process of increasing your individual, team and organisational awareness, by understanding your preferences for: managing and leading, how you work as a team member, and how you respond to change . This can help you adapt and flex your approach, identify your strengths and developments needs and appreciate others differences more easily.
