London, 4th March, 2012: The Association of Chief Executives of Voluntary Organisations [ACEVO] – have announced that as of March 2012, the organisation will be working with Reflexion Associates to offer an integrated leadership programme to their membership. This leadership initiative, conceived by Jenny Garrett, founder and director of Reflexion Associates Ltd is part of an innovative solution to support voluntary sector organisations to become fitter, stronger and ready for the multiple challenges of delivering a Big Society agenda.

Third sector leaders will participate in a Level 5 Institute of Leadership and Management [ILM] coaching and mentoring programme, which also includes a leadership change study. Reflexion Associates founder and director Jenny Garrett is passionate about helping organisations achieve excellence in leadership and her strong commitment to give back to society can be seen through this initiative where programme is being offered at a highly reduced subsidy to up to twelve leaders of third sector organisations.
